Drake Bay
The remote Drake Bay, on the northern coast of the Osa Peninsula, is only accessible by boat or by plane. The bay is full of marine life and ashore you can often spot a scarlet macaw or one of the many different kinds of monkeys that make this jungle their home. You can experience tours of the jungle with local experts, horseback riding adventures, fishing, or sea kayaking galore. There are a number of beautiful lodges to stay in during your visit which could offer you a place to start you explorations or perhaps just a comfortable atmosphere to relax in your hammock.
