Jacó

Playa Jacó, known for its close proximity to San José more than its ecotourism reputation, has a very lively atmosphere.  Perfect for the young and ready to party, you can spend your days kayaking, swimming and surfing; your nights dancing salsa and meringue at clubs or bars. Although the beach is relatively crowded by Costa Rican standards, compared to Daytona or Cancún, it is still peaceful and relaxed.
